Open yourself for the blessings from The Goddess of Bees! She has many names and many faces. Different cultures imagined her in different ways and since ancient times people were understanding the importance of bees and even had gods and goddesses and all kinds of saints dedicated to these little critters. Today many of us are far from agriculture, we do not think of a cycle of growth, we rely on some "faceless" people to bring the foods to our supermarkets where we buy more than we need, and then we throw the excess to the bin, and what was taken from the soil once never comes back to it, but goes to the endless fields of waste. We take more than the nature would give us. Pesticides and fertilizers are used to increase the productivity of the fields, so we can live in huge cities and consume without thinking twice... but it has a price. The soil gets exhausted, the insects are dying off. Less pollinators means less crop and no chemicals can help there... But it's not too late yet to change - the point of view, the attitude, the way of life or a line in a shopping list. We all are a part of Earth's ecosystem and each little step we take makes a difference around us. If we take responsibility for our deeds - all our gods and saints will help us. ;) 17.5 cm together with the stone she is standing on. The head and hands of the doll are made from bone porcelain.
