I dedicate this art doll to all the odd girls (and not girls) out there.

You know, to those the sensible ones, those that get exited when they see clouds, butterflies or kittens, those that are passionate about what ever they are passionate about, to those that are ignoring trends and unintentionally create trends themselves, to those honest ones, the sincere ones, to those that are being nice simply because they are nice and not because they expect something in return, to those that hold their fingers crossed for you and wish you well, but if you hurt them – you die in their heart and therefore they will treat you accordingly.

This bone china (bone porcelain) doll is 20cm tall while sitting.

She is meant to be displayed in a sitting position. 

The limbs of the doll are ribbon jointed.

A ball joint between the head and a neck allows the doll to move it’s head naturally. The head is attached to the the neck with a metal spring.

The costume of the doll was sewn from natural silk and viscose fabrics. The wings were embroidered by hand with hand dyed mulberry silk threads. The costume and the wings are permanently attached to the doll.
